No popping hot grease, no turning chicken, no hot, smokey "fried" smelling kitchen....yep...these are all the reasons why I love oven fried chicken.

This oven fried chicken recipe is full of flavor without all of the greasiness from deep fried chicken. I love how it's easy enough to whip up on weekday.

You can certainly use whatever chicken cuts you have available and adjust the seasoning.
