On today's "Did You Know Show" we're taking a look at the most expensive sold houses in the cities of Stockton and Lodi for March, 2023.

The first most expensive sold house on today's show could be found in the Brookside area of Stockton at 6237 Crooked Stick Circle. This grand home was located right on the golf course and was 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 6,680 square feet. The home also had a swimming pool and an 1,120 square foot bonus space that could be used as an in-law suite or ultimate teen hangout space. The house was listed for $2,350,000 and sold for full price in just nine days.

Our second most expensive sold house was located in the SunWest area of Lodi at 2435 St. Moritz Drive. This home had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2,971 square feet. This house was in fantastic shape with some nice upgrades and a simple but good sized backyard. The house was listed for $800,000 and sold for $775,000 after being on the market for several months.
