The wurst culture in Germany is vast and complex, with many types of sausages and just as many possible recipes that change even within the same Land. Daniele Corona and Riccardo Rossi of the Schloss Filseck Restaurant, a Michelin star in Württemberg, retrace the history of this popular German sausage through a great classic: the currywurst, from the street food version to a tribute with an Italian flavour.
