Materials
1 glass of warm milk (200ml)
1 glass of warm water (200ml)
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
1 tablespoon yeast
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups flour

To oil the dough
125g butter or margarine

For the above
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of milk
