Ikpute Okpu Ajie { capping of the 3rd in command } is all about being honoured with what could be called the rank of a Field Marshal, in Onicha Ado N'Iduu Kingdom (Onitsha).
This title can only be conferred on subject who has contributed to the growth and the development of Onicha Ado N'Iduu Kingdom, by the Obi of Onitsha himself, in the presence of the members of the Obi's cabinet. The individual being conferred with the title must have previously passed through the rank of Ichie Okwareze and lastly Ichie Ọkwa before attaining the present. Any individual conferred with this title automatically becomes the third in command in Onicha Ado N'Iduu Kingdom.
