Fact Checking the D-Day flyover Clip. Several Episode 8 statements, voice overs, and clips relayed information to the series viewer with regard to the 100th bomb groups participation in support the D-day invasion of June 6, 1944. This video will fact check the claims and images with the events as they occurred. This video is published for those who desire to be informed on the actual events to compare with the series portrayal. Unfortunately, 6 or so event shown and claims portrayed are inconsistent with the events as they unfolded.
