Josh has been writing and editing since 2006, with a keen eye on detail and advocating for the reader. His experience includes managing internal knowledge bases and support documentation, and producing technical marketing collateral for companies like Microsoft, Cisco, and Seagate. In 2021, he joined Mercari to improve knowledge management and internal documentation in the Engineering Division.
