My first attempt at yacht window replacement on my Catalina 7 Trailer Sailer. Let it be known, I am not an expert by any means and this was simply the way I chose to do the job after research and advice. Having said that, very happy with how they turned out and ultimately a rewarding job. Old windows leaked like a sieve and could hardly be seen through! Happy for any constructive feedback.

Obviously there is curing time between some of the steps. Also due to the superior products available now there was no requirement for screws.

Couple of key points:
Take your time, plan out before action
Try very hard to limit your contact with silicone/adhesive (messy stuff!)
Take time to sufficiently clean/prepare surfaces.
