Take a ride with us on the Tunnel Hill State Trail! The Tunnel Hill State TraIl is a day-use traIl that spans 55 miles between Karnak and Eldorado in Southern Illinois. The southern section of the traIl is comprIsed of bottomland woods, ponds, streams, and marshes, includIng the cypress-tupelo swamps. The northern sectIon crosses streams, rocky ravines, wooded bluffs, as well as the hIlls of the Shawnee National Forest and flat terrains of surrounding farmlands. Enjoy!
