Traditional veal shaker in the simplest way. This is a recipe that awakens all the senses of taste and smell. The meat melts together with the vegetables. A recipe that we definitely recommend.

INGREDIENTS :
500 grams of veal (shoulder or neck)
4 red peppers
2 onions
1 carrot
1 tomato
1 yellow pepper
spices: salt, a mixture of spices

RECIPE:
✅ Cut the meat into cubes, season with a little oil, half a spoonful of spice mixture and a little salt. Leave in the refrigerator until use
✅ Oil the pan and put the red peppers to roast for approx. 20 minutes. After they are baked, put them in a bag to burn, they will be easier to peel later
✅ We will cut 2 onions, 1 carrot, 1 peeled tomato and 1 yellow pepper into cubes
✅ Fry the onion, carrot and yellow pepper in a pan or pot for 5 minutes, after which we will add the meat and fry for an additional 5 minutes. Add salt.
✅ Add 200 ml of water and cook on low heat for 30 minutes
✅ During this time, we will cut the red peppers, which we have previously peeled, into strips and after 30 minutes of stewing the meat, add them together with the tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes to release their water and juices
✅ Add 300 - 400 ml of water, 1 spoonful of vegetables and chili as desired. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes and our shaker is ready. The meat will be completely soft and juicy.
