One thing I was always fascinated by was how do they do Kgs and kgs of biryani at one go and was finally able to see how.. This place makes more than 500 kg of Biryani everyday. The biryani here is cooked not on direct heat but with the most popular dum phukt style. I loved filming the video here and learnt so much about Biryani.
