Designed primarily for California.. doesn't sound like a good candidate for a rally car. Fiat had a fair amount of rally success with cars like the 131.. but for a while they also did quite well with a car seemingly unsuited for Rally. Today I drive a faithful recreation of a legendary Fiat 124 Abarth Stradale!
