Yosemite National Park is easily one of the most beautiful places on the planet. It's one of the most visited parks in the National Park system, and also one of our personal favorites! Due to its popularity, Yosemite has strict seasonal permit, reservation, and timed entry requirements, so visit https://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisi... first to get familiar with Yosemite's current reservation system.

We visited Yosemite for the first time in 2021 for one day during our honeymoon and that single day inspired the entire full-time RV journey that we are currently living. THAT'S how inspiring Yosemite National Park is. Once you see it, you can't stop thinking about it and craving more!

Yosemite Valley is the park's most popular feature (for good reason). Don't miss the valley when you visit! But also, don't limit your visit to JUST the valley. Yosemite has so much more to offer, including scenic drives, more amazing glacial valleys, backpacking opportunities, and lakes.

In this video, we show you the best of Yosemite Valley AND beyond!

First, we scored permits to scale Half Dome and recorded the whole thing, so don't miss this video if you're trying to do the same. In the valley, we also hiked to Taft Point, Sentinel Dome, Upper Yosemite Falls, and enjoyed sunrise at Tunnel View.

Beyond the Valley, we explored Hetch Hetchy, a lesser known valley within the park that is a backpacker's paradise.

We also drove along Tioga Road, stopping to explore Olmsted Point, Tenaya Lake, and Tuolumne Meadows.

Lastly, we'll show you a way to get into the park WITHOUT reservations. The Carlon Falls Trail starts outside the park on the western side (where most people stay), and continues for a couple miles to a series of gorgeous crystal clear waterfalls. Way less people than in the Valley, and no long drive either!

We hope you enjoy this video (please like and subscribe if you do!) and are as inspired by Yosemite as we were.
