In today's video, we discuss a quest in the Elder Scrolls: IV Oblivion called Paranoia. The quest begins with the player arriving in the city of Skingrad. Once in town, you'll notice a wood elf named Glarthir following you around, trying to catch your attention. He strangely tells you to meet him behind the chapel after midnight to discuss something important. When the player talks to him at that time for the meeting, a series of tasks are given to the player that involve stalking and spying on citizens around town. It is here that the player can make several different choices on how to go about handling the quest. Some choices lead to outcomes that end in tragedy, horror and innocent people dying. Other choices lead to less casualties, but end with less closure for everyone involved.
