I tried to do a neck reset on my Taylor 214ce acoustic electric guitar. Thanks to the great customer service support of Taylor Guitars for their communication about this problem and eventually sending the shims. They wanted the guitar to be brought to an authorized service center but I informed Taylor that I will do it by myself as I love working on my own guitars.
