Have you seen these Bean Stitch Coasters yet? Are you a fan of the bean stitch? I sure am! I love the look and texture it creates. I even made a pocket shawl using it! It's a great way to add soft texture to a project you still want to keep flat but add thickness to. And the puffs are squishy too so it's fun to snuggle with.

My only wish was to make something in the round using it, because as I said before, it's flat texture looks amazing and in a coaster you want a flat surface needless to say!

I played around with color on this one. I created a sunflower and daisy, also used variegated yarn. Which one is your favorite? I only wish I would have added some kind of border around the outside. But should be easy enough to add one if you wanted to.

This bean stitch coaster also makes a great stash busting project.
