You will need:
Degreaser (simple green or recipe below) https://amzn.to/2K9GmxI
Plastic Scraper
Razor Blade (if desired)
Sponge

Homemade degreaser:
1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
2 tsp dish soap

Mix it all together and put in a spray bottle. It doesn't have any chemicals, which makes it safe for food surfaces. You'll still want to rinse things off when you are done.
