We went to see one of the many peculiar sculpture parks in Finland. We visited in Pattijoki in Raahe where Matti Lepistö (1948–2020) has created almost 300 big concrete sculptures.
Matti worked as a machinist in a local factory until he decided to leave it for the arts. He was a self-taught artist and did also painting, drawing, and photographs.
Visiting address: Mansikkakarintie 200, 92140 Raahe
