Sajek Tripuri Valley is one of the most popular tourist spots in Bangladesh situated among the hills of the Kasalong range of mountains in Sajek union, Baghaichhari Upazila in Rangamati District. The valley is 2,000 feet (610 m) above sea level. Sajek Tripuri Valley is known as the Queen of Hills & Roof of Rangamati.
Kanglak Para is located on top of Kanglak Hills. Sajek Valley is mainly composed of Ruilui neighborhood and Kanglak neighborhood. Lusai Hill is clearly visible from Kanglak Hill. All around the mountains, greenery and the genuine beauty of the clouds can be seen. It has now become a center of attraction for tourists visiting Sajek. It is located at a distance of about 2 km from Ruilui neighborhood; One has to trek 30-40 minutes from Sajek's helipad to Kanglak Para.
The small hilltop village is inhabited by the Tripura and Lusai ethnic groups Jum cultivation is the main source of food and income of the village. Turmeric, ginger and orange are cultivated more. There is water shortage in Kangla. Multiple and large water reservoirs can be seen in every house. Rainwater is the main source of water in this neighborhood. Residents collect rainwater from house sheds and keep it in reservoirs and complete their daily activities.
