The above is a quick tutorial on how I use steam to refresh my naturally wavy/curly hair. I use a gentle facial steamer on both hot and cool settings to plump up the shape and seal in moisture. With a few drops of oil and a glaze of gel, this is a simply and relaxing way to refresh at home. Feel free to expiriment with the steam from your shower, a facial steamer or a handheld hair-specific steamer (Q-Redew is one brand to mention).
