For bigger eyes: try big black fake eyelashes.
Bigger lips: lip-liner.

What does Kate wear around her neck?? It is either a bow-tie or butterfly-shape made of black and red FEATHERS. Not easy to come by. But anything red and pretty will do. Most people wear red flowers.

RED stockings, not black. These can be purchased at low cost on ebay.
Footwear: Black. If you find on the day your shoes mess up your balance, then take them off. I've done this in previous years.
Red roses are positioned on the left, slightly down from the top of the head. Near the ear.
Medium to large gold coloured hoop ear-rings.
Red nail polish.
Red lipstick.
Green shimmer eye shadow.
Black eyeliner.
