This workout consists of 9 exercises, each of them is 50 seconds on with 10 seconds in between.
☑️If you want to increase intensivity of workout, do it to the beat of the song.
📌For this workout I use 2 water bottles. Each is 1,5 Litres. You can use dumbbells/weights according to your fitness level.
▪️If you want to skip the break, you can just move directly on to the next exercise.
▪️If you want to have a larger break, pause the video and continue when you are ready.
