Let's make Castella Gyeongdan with Chef Ms. Seo Yurim!

🍽 Gyeongdan

Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 200 g glutinous rice flour
- 200 ml water
- 1/2 t salt
- castella (or other bread)
- 1 T honey

Step 1. Dissolve the salt in boiling water first, then pour it into the glutinous rice flour. And mix well for making the dough.
Step 2. Squeeze the castella bread well through a sieve to make bread crumbs. (Or, you can use a blender.)
Step 3. Make round, bite-sized Gyeondan.
Step 4. Boil a pot of water, then add the balls into the boiling water. Once the balls rise to the surface, take them out! And rinse them in cold water.
Step 5. Remove excess water from the balls. And coat the balls with honey and castella.
