Day #11 of my Northwest USA Winter Tour and for this food challenge I'm at China Blue Restaurant in Corvallis, Oregon. I'll be taking on their Lucky Sevens Chinese Chicken Challenge which was so delicious and I'll be attempting to get food challenge win #3 in Oregon and win the huge jackpot prize which was up to $1,000 cash!!

The China Blue Lucky Sevens Challenge ($30):

Challengers must eat SEVEN 1 lb servings of different Chinese chicken dishes in one hour or less. The seven chicken dishes include orange, lemon, sweet & sour, Hunan, General Tso's, Mandarin, and hazelnut. Everyone pays for the meal beforehand. Winners receive the cash jackpot which starts at $100 and goes up by $100 every month that nobody beats it. When I attempted this challenge, the jackpot was up to $1,000 cash. Many of my good competitive eating friends have beaten this!!
