Ingredients:
1 large pineapple
1 large cucumber
3” ginger
1 pineapple tea
1 large lemon
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the pineapple and cucumber.
2. Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces.
3. Brew the pineapple tea and let it cool.
4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
5. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
6. Serve and enjoy your refreshing detox juice!
