We mix the ingredients and knead and rest for an hour and a half, then we take the puff of the dough and knead it and rest for 10 minutes, then give it the desired shape, and then rest for 15 minutes, then cover it with a napkin and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
