Steam Shrimp Fast and Deliciously in Your Convection Steam Oven (CSO) - Only 9 minutes and no big mess clean up!

Ingredients/supplies:

1 lb. shrimp
2 lemons - quarter one lemon and juice the other
1 small shallot – quarter
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
Few parsley sprigs

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and then spread out evenly on the
perforated pan.

Steam Mode Only - 200 degrees for 9 minutes – (CSO Level 2)
