Tips:

Exterior - Look for dings, dents, and bodywork. Make sure your Carfax is clean. Expect wear and tear on these cars they are 2 to 5 years old. Bring clay and wet wax to check the condition of the paint with the back of your hand.

Performance: Test drive at least 3 Audi S4s and know how the DSG shifts. Expect very smooth shifting and 0 to 60 at 4.7 secs or less.

Interior - Look for normal wear and that all systems work well.

Parts you should try to get one that has:
Tires at 8/32 or better
A battery that is no more than 2 years old - OEM last long. The original just failed 6 years after production.
Brakes at 8MM

Don't forget Audi care carries over to the car if it was purchased.
