材料Ingredients(六人份量 6 people portion)
三百克發好了的海參 300g rehydrated sea cucumber
二百克栗子 200g chestnuts
二百五十克紅蘿蔔 250g carrots
兩條粟米 2 sweetcorn
三粒無花果 3 figs
六百克豬骨 600g pork bones
六公升清水 6 litres of water
