Katharikkai Biriyani
Ingredients:
Basmathi rice - 750g
Peanut Oil - 150ml
Cloves - 2 g
Cinnamon - 2g
Bay leaf - 2 no’s
Star anise - 3 no’s
Cardamom - 2 g
Big onion - 400 g
Salt for gravy - 4 tsp
Red chili powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Kashmir red chili powder - 1 tsp
Katharikkai - 10 no’s small size
Coriander and mint leaves - handful
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
Curd - 100 ml
Tomato - 400g
Salt for rice - 4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
