Hi friends, aging is one thing can't stop. You can slow it down, reverse it a bit, but eventually it gets us all. It can be hard to come to terms with it, especially as women and how the culture shows us negative images and messages about it and our self-worth. Today I wanted to share a raw and real, no fancy edits, on how I deal with it.
