I don't like to dwell on the negative side of life much, but recently I immersed myself in it briefly as I fell into a literal hole in our house. Then I had a dream - Do Hard Things. I'm not sure what to make of that, other than it helped me push through what felt like an impossibly hard situation. In doing so, I gained empathy and had a newfound drive to push forward to help others.
