• 8 L / 2-GAL Whole cow’s Milk
• ½ tsp (2.5 mL) Calcium Chloride diluted in 1/4 cup non-chlorinated water
• ½ tsp (2.5 ml) Single Strength Liquid Rennet (IMCU 200-280) diluted in 1/4 cup non- Chlorinated water.
• 1 Tbsp Dried Chilli flakes
• Pink Himalayan Fine Salt
