Hello friends! I came to know from my friends who had visited Aurangabad in past that its Naan khaliya is a very popular dish. This food is not available everywhere. Only some dedicated restaurants serve this item. Compared to other parts, you will get this dish in the Muslim majority of Aurangabad. Naan is made from millet, wheat and maida flour with a coating of turmeric and jaggery. This dish is very heavy, and it is said to be invented for soldiers during the Mughal era.
