Yet Greuter Furth a Bundesliga 2 side who have caught my eye this season are using it to great effect implementing a brand of 'Positional Play' mixed in with a heavy metal 'counter-pressing' strategy

Greuther a small club in central Germany with an average attendance that's just north of 10,000 but has managed to compete with the elite of Germany's second-tier of football ...where they compete against giants such as the likes of Stuttgart!

So how have they achieved this with such a small fanbase and structure??

Let me show you how a very promising Stefan Leitl caught my eye and how I believe he has transformed Greuther with his innovative tactical approach that would match up with the Bielsa's and Klopps of this world ...Leitl has used many different formations this season but the one that's stood out for me has without question been the 4-1-3-2 or 4-4-2 diamond depending on your perspective
