A quick easy base recipe for any vegan pate - use sunflower seeds! In this video we show you how to make a collard green wrap as a substitute for bread and our tasty sunflower seed pate.

INGREDIENTS LIST:

For the PATE:
1 cup sunflower seeds (soaked)
2 scallions
1 glove garlic
onion
lemon
cilantro
4 tblspn olive oil
coarse salt
smoked paprika

For the WRAP:
collard green
avocado
mixed salads
carrot grated
