HEY! DO YOU KNOW HOW TO CODE ??? I THINK IT IS JS !!!
I posted this awhile ago on the SFTV Lounge, it's a mod tool a friend of mine made years ago where you could make a export/import in ms paint or paint.net, and using it you could update provinces to different shapes, countries, cores, cultures, all of that!!! I posted the github below, I dunno if that helps but. I'd really appreciate if someone could get this working again! Why don't I just ask traffic? Well it'd be pretty awkward to just show up and ask a friend "Hey can you make your thing work again?" after not talking for awhile. So I am asking if any of you know how!!!
