In this video, I take a closer look at 5 countries that have already tested CBDCs but have decided against introducing them.

Could a move to these countries be a way to escape digital central bank money in the long term? The answer is not so simple.

After pilot projects, these countries currently have no plans to introduce a national digital currency. However, this may change again over time.

I shed light on the reasons behind these countries' decisions and analyze whether a central bank digital currency is really off the table for them. There are also other important factors to consider when deciding where to live.

I also look at whether CBDCs could also bring benefits under certain circumstances.

Conclusion: A move based on CBDC skepticism alone is not necessarily the best strategy. A differentiated approach to the topic is more informative.

I look forward to taking you on an informative journey in my video!
