Hopefully this is sufficient in guiding you to make your own tent mac n' cheese, or even provide you with a little guidance to making anything else in your tent! Preparation is key. The great thing about mac n' cheese is that it's flexible, use any cheese you like and as much or as little as you prefer.

Ingredients for 1:

- 100g macaroni pasta
- 15g unsalted butter
- 15g plain flour
- 150ml milk (+25ml for backup)
- 25g cheddar
- 15g comte
- 15g gorgonzola
- 15g parmigiano reggiano
- 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
- 0.5-1 tsp dijon mustard (optional, but delicious)
- Handful of breadcrumbs
