The Kapalua Golf - Bay Course was a ton of fun! The wind was whipping at 30-40mph all day but it didn't matter because we got lost in the ocean views that seemed to be visible from every hole. The Bay Course was in excellent condition and the greens were rolling at about a 11. If you're in Maui and looking for a fun but not overly challenging course, cough cough Plantation, the Bay Course is the one for you.
