Red Dead Redemption 2 is amazing. Ever since I played it for the first time back in 2022 I’ve been captivated at understanding why I keep wanting to go back. Something about the world you are exploring and the story being told is emotionally gripping. They nailed that feeling of the Wild West. The game has beautiful cinematics and truly makes gorgeous landscapes. It’s a game that was able to make so many of us emotionally invested with both Arthur Morgan and our horse. This game is something that makes you think afterward about the experience you just had. It’s one of the few that made me feel like I had lost something once I had finished my playthrough. It’s a beautiful game visually and emotionally. Today I wanted to talk about what I believe made Red Dead Redemption 2 amazing for me. It’s the game that changed my view on gaming as a medium but most importantly was a game that made me want to see what Rockstar has going on next for the franchise.
