Hey my lovelies,
I found my old recovery scrapbook full of my motivations and activities I completed in my early recovery days when I had nothing else to do and thought it was worth sharing some more of what I've done through my recovery to help me. This is only one tiny snippet but I will start sharing some more I've done through therapies, groups, body image work, occupational therapy etc. I've done a lot over the years and have it all stored away so will begin to uncover it all!
I highly recommend doing these activities as much as it sounds 'silly' to the ED brain or just to you; I never saw the point but actually it's things like this that kept me in touch with ME when the ED would try take back over.
