In this video I talk about the connection between acetaminophen and autism and ADHD. I share a popular study that was publish in 2018, which you can fine at https://doi.org/10.1093/aje/kwy086. I will explain the findings and what it does and does not mean in terms of whether Tylenol causes autism(does acetaminophen cause autism) or not. However, I do want to mention that studies like this are shedding light on the need of better future studies but this can also be hurtful to the autistic community. Autism is not a disease and many are not looking to be "cured", therefore looking for "causes of autism or ADHD" might be hurtful because what the neurodivergent community needs and wants is true inclusion and acceptance.
