Rice - 1cup
Methi Fenugreek leaves- 1large cup
Tomato-1
Green peas-1cup
Garlic- 2-3 cloves
Red chili powder-1tsp
Turmeric-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
oil - 2tbsp

Methi Pulao:
First of all take the cooker and put two spoons of oil in it.now add crushed garlic.Will cook for 1 minute...Now add chopped and burnt fenugreek to it.Cook the fenugreek also for 1 minute.Now salt will add turmeric coriander powder and chilli powder....And put chopped tomatoes together.And green peas will also be added to it.Will cook for 5 minutes.So that our fenugreek and tomato spices all cook well.Now, add one cup of washed rice to it.Now we will add water of three cup.Will pressure up to 3 cities.Serve Methi Pulao with fry potatoes or sindhi special Tridali dal.
