It is worth mentioning that the record can change any day because there are better geared Barbarians around.

After 1 year break or even more, I was super far behind, L Grades and especially the Draconic Accessories were hard to enhance but the grind never ends.

Everything from gear showcase was used in the TP run except for the two different skill plates.
I've switched Demolition Fist DMG to RC and Calamity Crush DMG to CD for some testing. Ultimate DMG plate is definitely the way to go but if you're doing longer runs then probably CD, everything depends how many ults you can squeeze in one run. Now Demo Fist RC is not always a better choice, it's just RNG, if it won't reset few times the DMG one will be better. What about elemental conversion for Barb and other non-elemental classes? Everything depends on your gear, with better gear and GDN/DDN plate (Elemental debuff for every element) ele is simply better than raw, especially when some bosses are weak to one or more elements from all 4ele types and especially when your class does not have any ele debuff, not only because of that though. Right now the current gear like weapon engravings, title, draconic and gold dragon rings, u-grade ele plates, etc. provide you a lot of ele% so the converting is even more beneficial and with the special plate it ends up working much better. Without the plate, the dmg feels kinda similar, ele just slightly better but still better. Black Tiger Largo seems to have all his ele resists equal, though the fastest runs I've made were when I was converted to Dark and Ice element (Probably just good RNG runs). During my testing, numbers were mostly the same without any significant differences, if Largo has any ele resist differences then they must to be very little.
What about Final Damage?
RDNHC cap 130%, rest of the group and solo content requires lower %/number, it should be enough to be at 120% around for almost everything except mentioned HC.
Future content probably 140-150%.
