GoPro settings: 1 photo every 0.5 seconds

The end results was about 4,000 photos... (over 8 GBs)

Put them into a 24fps MOV

Brought into FCPX, did some color adjustments... the main time-lapse portion was then speed adjusted 200% (so I could have done 1 photo a second) ... the last bit where someone picked up my camera was left at 100% speed, so you can see what true 1 photo every 1/2 second looks like when speed up to 24fps.
