On January 20th, 2023, the Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET) celebrated its 60th anniversary of transitioning from a college to a university. The event, called the MUET Alumni Convention, was jointly organized by the university and the Mehran University Alumni Association.

During the ceremony, the Vice Chancellor of MUET, Prof. Dr. Tauha Hussain Ali, highlighted the significance of the alumni's role in the development of the university and encouraged them to support the university financially or to share their knowledge, skills, and experiences with current students and faculty members. Distinguished engineers and graduates of MUET were awarded certificates and shields for their services. Tributes were paid to former Principals of the College and former Vice Chancellors of MUET.

As part of the event, we are excited to share with you the musical performances that took place during the evening. The famous Pakistani singer Sanam Marvi took to the stage and warmed the hearts of the audience with her soulful voice and beautiful renditions of her songs. The concert was a highlight of the evening, and we are thrilled to share these performances with you on our YouTube channel.
