Kyoya comes across a calculating opponent Tobio, aka Captain Capri, whose moves appear erratic but not unstoppable by Kyoya.

Synopsis:
Kyoya is frustrated because his opponents aren’t challenging him. He takes one opponent down after another, including groups of them at the same time. He’s bored until he meets Tobio…otherwise known as Captain Capri. The smug Tobio calculates every move that appears erratic which makes for good competition against the wild Kyoya. They make it to the Prince Tower Tournament’s final battle and it looks like Kyoya is against the wall. But because Tobio was showing off all his tricks, Kyoya figures out how to read Tobio’s next moves and comes back to defeat the stunned Tobio. Kyoya gains the two thousand points getting him ever closer to a spot in Battle Bladers.
