During our leisurely stroll through Mitte, the historic heart of Berlin, we were captivated by some of the city's most iconic sights. We started at the majestic Brandenburg Gate, a symbol of unity and peace, then proceeded to the impressive Reichstag building, home to the German parliament. Our journey took a reflective turn at the Holocaust Memorial, a poignant tribute to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust, where we were moved by the stark, resonant architecture. Later, we wandered along the serene canal near the Futurium museum, soaking in the futuristic landscapes. The walk concluded on a vibrant note by the riverside, where we enjoyed the lively ambiance of music and people reveling in the joys of daily life by the water.
