Welcome!
We’ve had this Shelter Logic 10x20x8 Autoshelter for about 3 years now. The wind and elements have shredded the canvas covering and it’s time to address it. The frame is still in great shape, but we’re reluctant to replace the canvas as, at this rate, we’ll be at it again 3 years from now. Instead, we’ve decided to reinforce the frame for additional strength, and use metal siding as the protective covering.

We’ll complete this project in 3 stages: framing, covering/wrapping, and building doors. Today you’ll see what goes into reinforcing the metal frame with wooden 2” x 4”s. Be sure to tune in for parts 2 and 3.
